About us
Ben was born and raised in the Chicago area. As a toddler, he grew up helping his dad build spec houses from start to finish. After his college career was over, he started his financial career at the CBOE. Ben worked at the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 1999-2001 as a stock options trader. In 2001, he moved to Las Vegas and started a career in construction with the Laborers Local 872. After 5 years with Local 872, Ben became a journeyman carpenter with Local 1977. He has been a journeyman carpenter, and he is still a member today. His crown jewel project was working basically start to finish on the Cosmopolitan Casino in which he was a foreman for the General Contractor, Perini. He worked with all trades until the turnover of the project to ownership in 2011. Ben has been around the home building and construction industry for over 25 years. Customer service and communication are a passion.
