Work was substandard. They installed hardwood floors but did a poor job protecting them from construction debris so ended up hiring another company to clean them. Did not finish job, walked off before completing all tasks agreed to in contract. Left live electrical wires hanging out of wall boxes. Paint and plaster overspray everywhere. Called and left messages with project manager and owner, no return calls. They have not responded to my complaints. Save your money, hire someone else.

Great, friendly, professional service. Fixed anything that needed to be fixed. Worked within the timeline they promise. Great to work with. I would hire them again.

Although some of the problem with the shower install was the origional builders fault, walls out of level along with the foor too, and this caused the shower not to be installed properlly, but when owner of the company saw the problem he took care of it right away, and the shower was finished and looks great, at no extra cost to me, just that the project took longer then antisipated. Am satisfied with the work.

EIS is the ONLY way to go! They out did themselves! I will willingly give reference at anytime and send before and after pictures as requested. They are fantastic.

I met with Erik and in my renovation experience with his company I have never met a more professional and forthright person; he has integrity and is up front about all costs, expenses, and timeline. The project is almost completed within budget and within time lines (in fact, somewhat early). He has always communicated in a most timely manner about all matters regarding the project. He has been a pleasure to deal with, especially since this is the first time I have owned any property and the first time I have renovated any property. He has been a real find and gem.
