Oven or Stovetop Repair or Service
The first time Joe came out we needed our dryer repaired and he was fabulous so of course when we had oven issues we called Joe. The first time Joe showed up he came with An 18 month little boy. We have a grandchild we understand but I don?t think it?s very professional that you bring your 18 month old to a worksite and he?s running around the whole time you working so my husband ended up doing the babysitting. Joe told us her oven was fine. It just needed to be cleaned. Our problem was when we turn the oven on we would get an F9 error message and the oven would not heat up so we did as Joe told us and we cleaned it and it still didn?t work so my husband called Joe back could not get him on the phone called for a solid week. Left several messages never heard from him finally Joe returned the call the next week and he was supposed to come out today September 1 at 8 AM and he did not show up my husband, called him and left several messages and we have still not heard from Joe.

He came to work on my refrigerator and dryer! He got here at the time he said ad he was dressed professionally! He has all the stuff to prevent scratches on the floor while he was working! He was able to diagnose and repair it the same day!

We had a fridge go out over Thanksgiving weekend. Joe was quick to respond, diagnosed our issue, and was quick to solve the problem. We were impressed with his professionalism and industry knowledge. We will definitely use the next time we have an issue.

Very polite and professional. Fixed the problem quickly. Gave me some tips to make the ice maker work more efficiently. Bonus: Even put the handle back on our refrigerator freezer for us.
