Jacob came over explained what he was doing and that he would be back in three weeks to spray again. I couldnâ t have been more pleased with him very friendly kind and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that a pest problem.

This may be to soon to write a review, but I am extremely frustrated with this company right now. For starters, we were very impressed with the inspection that was performed by Thomas. He gave us an itemized list of everything they would do to seal the entry points for the move in our attic, and how they would trap the existing mice. After calling some other exterminators, we decided Erdyes was the best fit. Then the tech showed up. It did not take long to realize that he did not know what he was supposed to do. He did not have materials on his truck, and I had to tell him what was included in our plan. He was supposed to do all the sealing after setting traps, and in the end, he just left without telling me and without doing any of the sealing. I immediately called the office. It was 3:30 on Friday. The person I spoke to said she would find out what happened D call me back. I never got a call. I called them today (Monday morning) and a different person told me they had to talk to the tech and get back to me. At this point, I do not care what the tech says because he is the one that dropped the ball here. I did, however, receive an invoice for $1,060 right after I made that call this morning! So far this after they have now answered my calls.

Actually, we haven t had Erdye s start , but he he will next week. He did a very thorough assessment of our pest problem and we are pleased with the plan of action compared to an alternative company.

I called them and they answered the call right away. They answered every single one of my questions. Josh came out and sprayed my house because I had insects all over the place. He was prompt, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. They were so good, that I even hired them to get rid of my mouse problem and mosquito problem. I highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future.
