Setting up my appointment was so easy. Mr. Carlos was very nice first thing on a Sunday morning, walked me through every step that they were going to take. Quoted me a price of $2000 less than the next highest quote, will demo, AND remove my old fence! I'm really looking forward to working with Ergeon, and already feel good about my install. Will submit pics when they're all done!

I’m very satisfied with the work that that they did all along the line. The estimate was reasonable and professional. The project manager, Felipe got it done promptly and with quality. The crew was very hardworking.

They did a nice job on the fence modifications and gate replacement. The guys who came to install were nice enough but didn't hardly speak any English making it very difficult to communicate. When I spoke with the sales guy, I asked about adding drop rods and he couldn't find where to add them to the work order. I also asked about handles and we discussed having 4 handles, one on each side of the two gates. They forgot to install the handles and when they came back they only brought 2. The drop rods they tried to charge an extra $100 dollars for when they were already coming out to put on the handles they forgot. Drop rods are $20 for a set of 2. Literally takes 5 mins to install. Anyway, most of the experience was pretty good. But the details of the gate handles and drop rods to cap the project that was $2k was a bit cheap.

This company did such a great job. From quotes to the finished project. Brian who supplied all the quotes really listened to my needs. Emma my project manager was there for me every step Of the way. To the laborers who worked at nail it was completed finishing earlier than expected. They made sure they cleaned up and everything was to my liking. I am looking forward to working with them again.
