The installer was fantastic. Communication with project management didn’t start out well. Staffing was changed which made a big improvement.

We were very excited to be getting a new fence. Ergeon and their contractors were very communicative with the whole process and upfront with costs. At first there was confusion with the overall layout, but they sent someone out to confirm every little detail we wanted. The job itself was 2 days. They worked hard and fulls days each day. After they would complete a section they would verify if it was to our satisfaction. The people were beyond nice and did quality work. I'd recommend them to anyone and am very pleased with our end product!

Giovanni Torres assisted us with a quote for a new fence for our townhome. From the first call, he was very helpful and driven to provide us with incredible service. He communicated every minute detail or change in plans. He was very flexible, even as we reached out to make changes. He gave us all of our options and made accommodations in every reasonable way that he could. Giovanni T., thank you very much for making this a great experience. I need a stain fence.

Angelica was very patient with me because I never did a video call where I had to show my property lens. She helped me through it. She was very patient with me. I wanted a white vinyl privacy fence with cap on. She drew out my property and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I will be hiring them to do the fence as soon as my contract is done on my house and I have a closing date. She was very professional about her job.

The entire quote process may seem convenient by doing it virtually but it?s not. Different person comes out to measure (doesn?t speak English) doesn?t really care about any specifics. The. Installers come out (once again don?t speak English) and different people. Communication is very chaotic. More stress than necessary for a fence.

I had a pretty good experience with this company. We kept in constant communication. Although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, I still feel like they deserve this rating because they made sure I was completely satisfied!
