Very easy video consultation. All questions were answered right away. With a small down payment they will be getting the permit and materials to get the job started

We are very happy with the finished fence and the installation crew did an excellent job. The actual installation only took a few hours, and everyone was professional and worked hard, even in the heat and intermittent rain. Nicoly was kind and responsive once she became involved. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the overall process took much longer than expected. I understand that city permits were part of the delay and not entirely within Ergeon’s control, but there were also long periods with very little communication, and I often had to reach out for updates. That part of the experience was frustrating. In the end, we’re very happy with the quality of the fence, and I appreciate everyone who helped get the project completed.

I heard back from Ergeon and fence was delayed but going up Be persistent in contacting them. I had a good feeling about them was just concerned not hearing anything I am super happy

I hired them at end of May/beginning of June. I was given a projected date of June 25th. I see flags up for utilities so there is progress but I have called 3 times and emailed once with no return calls or reply to email. I have to admit I?m getting worried about actually getting a fence. Anyone else have a slow start with them but finished well?
