The process was super simple. We did a video walk-through of what we were needed. They pulled satellite mapping to know exactly how much linear foot we needed. I approved the type of fencing we wanted online pay a deposit scheduled our date the gentleman who installed the fence showed up, tore down the old fence installed the new fence all in two days cleaned up everything and we’re on their way. We are super happy with how it looks.

Poor experience. The contracted installers did not follow instructions, left the site dirty, drank beers while on the job. Regret using this company. Will never recommend them to anyone.

My fence is coming down from the post (2 diff areas) and it's not even 3yrs old. Wrong length nails and poor craftsmanship I sent pictures and waited 2 months before anyone got back to me and then waited ANOTHER week before they told me they can't do anything.

Gates are made wrong. All the boards are different lenghts. It looks terrible. Also oil stains at the bottom of my driveway has still not been cleaned. I keep taking photos of this issues but no one comes. THey send calls from people who say send me a photo and no plan to replace these gates. It is now three months since it was installed through Angies.
I have done business with Anngie in the past and this is not very good service.

My experience with Ergeon was fantastic. From the initial phone consult to the pre install visit, change control, installation to post install everything was well done. Very professional at all stages. In the middle of the install, our HOA began raising a fuss, even though already approved. Our project manager was fantastic in working with us and the site crew to ensure everything was done properly. Highly recommend.
