I would like to thank Mr Carlos Garcia for his professionalism in providing detailed information regarding my upcoming project for replacement privacy pine wooden fence. He provided detailed information for the breakdown and discarding of the old fence and detail information for staining the fence if interested. He answered my questions regarding the warranties on the the life of the fence he was very informative and I am very appreciative of the time he took explaining everything regarding the project. I commend Mr Garcia for his excellent service I give him the rating of a 10 not a 5 he was excellent thank you. The price quote was also excellent. Upon completion I will share photos of the old fence and the new Privacy Pine fence.

Very easy process to get a quote

Gustavo was fast and flexible in getting me several quotes for different types and lengths of fencing.

If I could select zero stars I would! I've been trying to resolve a very poor install of my gates for over a month and no-one has been out yet! No communication. I was told my case worker is out sick. Finally someone else did call me but I have yet to hear back from them. I guess they just wanted to put a check in the box that they communicated with me. My gates were not level, were installed without the steel post beams, no drop rod on 5ft heavy gates!, and the post caps keep flying off because they were not glued on. Now every time we have a windy day, I come home and my gates have been blown open and a side piece of the gate was also blown off by the wind! The fence was installed by one guy on a super hot day and he kept calling his boss for install instructions. This should have been at least a two man job. The installer was also not the person I was told would be doing the install, but ended up being a sub installer of the subcontractor! I have resorted to filing a claim with MD Home Improvement Commission as well as started the process to file a small claim since I can't get a response from them. Oh.... and I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND INSTALL post hole covers myself because they NEVER got back to me and the rain and spiders kept filling up the hole. I can't make this stuff up. They are TERRIBLE! Don't use them! You were warned.

Good job quickly done

Professional from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They removed all of the old fence, posts and hardware. New posts were put in place; panels installed, etc. They stopped when it was too dark to continue. They returned the morning; which was Thanksgiving and installed two gates. I didn't expect them to return until the following Monday. Gates were done in two hours. I was very satisfied and have recommended them to one neighbor and another friend.

This company was fantastic. They work with me on price. The work was impeccable. They did the whole fence project which was huge in one day. They didnâ t break anything and they didnâ t leave until it was finished and that I was satisfied five stars all the way thank you again and I will for everyone to you guys.
