Everything was going smoothly until Hurricane Ian hit the west cost in September. We got a quote agreed to the price and the first Project manager Maria and she was great and very pleasant to work with. Then Hurricane Ian hit the west coast of Florida and we were told the project would be put on hold while they waited for supplies, they estimated about 3 months, we agreed and said it wasn't a problem but I asked if they would be starting the permitting process while we waited for supplies because I know my city is difficult. We were told yes, but they didn't start permitting until January. Once they stated the permitting process with a 2nd Project manager, they informed us that the survey was outdated and we would be on hold again until we got a new one. We did that within 10 days, finally in February they submitted to the city for the first time, after we were given forms a few at a time that needed to be notarized, it would have been a much faster process if everything was provided all at once. We then didn't hear anything for nearly a month when we told we had a 3rd project manager who was taking over. Ergeon then submitted the same drawings 3 time to the building department, never changing anything or addressing the comments. Finally, after I marked up their drawing and provided written responses to the Building Official it was approved and work could start. We then found out that they, Ergeon, DOES NOT BUILD THE FENCE! They have other local small companies that they hire to do the actual work, so this Guy Adam with another company tells us he will arrive Tuesday May 23rd, No show. Then its moved to Thursday May 25, No Show again and blames it on rain. Well we had no rain that day! Then he says he has another project and doesn't know when he will be there because the other one is delayed. This goes on for the next 3 weeks with Ergeon saying the guy will arrive and no one every does. Then finally we get a different installer. He finally starts work on June 19th, and we got final inspections on July 3rd. His work was great and I Would recommend his company all day long but unfortunately we went through Ergeon. The Service was frustrating, you cant get anyone on the phone until 9 at best because they are not local. I was constantly lied to, mostly by the 2nd Project manager, and honestly, by the end of it, I just couldn't stand the thought of talking to them anymore. I was not at all confident that they ever really knew what was going on. You would ask a question about one thing and get a response to something else. Also, 9 months to get a fence is just not acceptable. Glad to be done with them!

They were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any fence work needed. They showed up on time and completed this job in 2 days. Final project turned out great. I am very pleased and will contact them again as I have more fence work to be done.

I can't rave enough of my experience with Ergeon. From the initial facetime consultation with Robert (which was amazing) to getting our quote to Edgar our Project Manager and the installers the whole process was great. Communication was easy and they listened and provided exactly what we wanted. They promised an installation day and came thru. The installers were very knowledagable and cleaned up everything after themselves. We couldn't be prouder with our fence project. I would definetely recommend Ergeon.

Itâ s hard these days to find quality workmanship plus customer service plus a project manager to oversee the entire project we live in a world where many things have been disrupted or challenged and changed. So to have a reliable business with workers that care about their artistry, their craft and their communication is so rare that it reminds me of a decade before when we thriving and building.
