The contractor did an excellent job installing the wood fence. The communication was professional and responsive throughout the project. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The fence looks sturdy, clean, and well-built, and the work area was left neat after completion. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to others.

Normally, I don?t take consultations without my husband. Today I didn?t have my husband. I had William. He truly broke down what I needed & I honestly understand what he was saying. They got it done quickly and efficiently despite some bad information on panel size. Took a minute to get all the material on site but once it arrived, they knocked it out. The finished product looks amazing. I would use them again.

Ergeon did the consultation, but a sub contractor did the installation. Mine was installed by SPR Landscaping in Fremont. Work: Install picket fence around front yard, install wooden gate with metal frame for driveway. Demolish and haul away old gate. Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong. Overall, friendly people to work with.

Ergeon contacted and they suggested a time to meet and I drove out to the job site and waited 20 minutes and they weren't available. Probably not work trusting if they make an appointment tank cant keep it.

The installation process was amazing. We walked the site, which involved two different types of fencing and several gates. The installer understood my concerns and he asked questions. Best of all, they were done in just a few hours! Highly recommended!

Remote sales and remote project management were ineffective. Provided me and installers with bad information and lesser materials. They ended up using some of my materials but still charged me for unacceptable material that was refused. Ergeon fell far short of expectations considering the high price. Would not recommend or use them again.

Great job in one day

Project manager Jonathan Reyes was excellent. Answered all our questions, kept us informed of the process and was very knowledgeable.

There were several issues. Gate installed swining the wrong way & handle not installed. Board that fit around rails was poorly cut. Both of these issues were fixed. Crew filled recycling & garbage can with construction related garbage. Water hoses used were not put back the way they found them. Communication with project manager was good. My fence looks good, disappointed that the crew wasn't more professional in their work. They came back and rectified all my issues.
