Did not install fence to prevent dogs from getting out. Gate hasp is cheap and bends when dogs push it open. They have not fixed any of these problems. The invoice is charging twice for permit fees. One length of fence costs twice what another section does.

The crew worked very hard to remove the old and install the new fence. I am pleased. There have been a few issues since install that I had to deal with.

I gave them a Check and now they want another one saying they done get paid until the job is done the job is still not done, seem odd to me?

I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. They were set to install the fence 2/14/24 and then it got pushed back to the 15th. They were a couple hours late due to vehicle issues. In the contract it states there is a walkthrough prior to starting work (that did NOT happen). Then it also states that there is a final walkthrough (that did NOT happen). They just rang the doorbell to say they finished and took off. They left their trash in my backyard and also a jigsaw blade (which I am glad my son did not find it). Then I was supposed to sign off on the project so the payment can be submitted. When I got the email I tried to sign it a couple hours later. Come to find out someone had signed it at 15:27. It is not my signature nor was I online too. I never got to sign off on the project myself. Someone from the company did it for me without my knowledge. Very unprofessional. I am very frustrated with this company. They are very stingy with discounts (for the inconvenience etc) and WAY over priced. I should have just went with other contractors that were a lot cheaper. I went with them because they had decent reviews. I was completely wrong. I do NOT recommend them.

Ergeon made our fence purchasing experience easy and affordable with several payment options to include financing. Between my contact with Ignacio (Customer Specialist) and Luis (Project Manager), they were always informative and patient. Communication was always professional and courteous at all times. They were quick to respond to questions and install dates. I would highly recommend their services any time!! The fence is exactly as I wanted it, providing much needed privacy and keeping stray animals out of my front yard.
