Eric Brown Construction

Eric and his crew were here by 8 or so & finished around 5 most days. The site was cleaned every day when they finished. The sunroom is beautiful! Since the room was completed, I hired him to remove my living room carpet & put a laminate floating floor in-same pattern & style as the sunroom. I did get a 2nd estimate for the floor & he was much more economical. His carpet crew even worked the weekend to get it in! He now is working up an estimate for my utility room. He is easy to work with, excellent customer service, and it has been great working with Eric and his crews. I highly recommend them.

Eric and his crew showed up on time and completed the job on time. We just has some load bearing walls removed and we did the finish work ourselves.

Eric and his crew were very courteous and kind. They were prompt and on time. They also did very quality work. I would recommend them if you need anything done with your house, especially your roof.

Eric and his team were timely, efficient, polite and very competent. They even saw a couple of things that needed repair/improvement and did so on their own. They did a great job and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

The treated posts he used was worse than poor quality. He blamed me saying that he had to use the credit card I gave him for a big box store only had sub-standard posts. All he would have had to do was to ask me for a different credit card that could have been used anywhere. We just noticed some caulking that needs to be done We can see daylight from inside the sunroom on the roof side.) He said he would fix it but that was the last we have heard from him.

Eric is very good at what he does. However, you will need to be very aware and check the wood that he uses. Most of the 4x4 treated posts looked like scrap. There is big chunks missing, etc. So please check the material before you let him install it. Overall he does very good work but is lacking on his choice of wood material. Joyce H. Indianapolis, In

Excellent work and done in a timely manner

They installed my front and back door at my home, the installation is not professional. You can tell by looking at the door that is not in frame with equal distance. They made unnecessary holes in the patio door that they install
