Eric is a great carpenter you can call and have him do your projects!
My experience with him is unbelievable great. He answered my request right way, then make sure it is in his ability for the job, then make the schedule as convenient for both parties. He showed up before he promised, found out the repair job doesn’t needed, he putted the window was off track back in. Then called and tell me the results, didn’t even change me any money.
I really appreciate the professional and honest work!!!

We hired MCIS to install several interior doors. They were polite, helpful, and easy to work with. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They even took extra time at the end to make sure everything was cleaned up.
MCIS did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs doors installed.

Yes he came in looked at the problem and fixed the problem which was putting the windows back on track I had 5 other window people out wanting replace 6 year old windows cons every one out to make money he came out and repaired what I was asking for

Eric made time in his schedule for a smaller job. He came in within the time frame he gave me, got the work done, and was reasonably priced. Every other person I talked with tried to oversell me work I didn’t need. Eric fixed what needed fixing and gave me heads up on things that might need done in the future. He returned within a week to check his work and finish up a little job he didn’t have time for the first time he was out. I’m so happy I was able to find him!

Window Frame Repair Service
An upstairs window in our older home began to leak after a major snowstorm. Eric worked with me to come at a convenient time and he spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem--which, unfortunately, cant be fixed until warmer weather. In the meantime, however, he did everything he could to help stop the leaking. We were extremely impressed by how much time he took to analyze the situation and how kind he was to do whatever he could to take care of it temporarily before it can be fixed in the spring. We will definitely be calling Eric about future house projects and recommending him to friends and family.

Window Frame Repair Service
Eric responded in a timely way to our message and arrived on time to make an estimate. He listened carefully to our observations about a leak above a bay window. Then he carefully and methodically inspected both the inside of the window and outside it by ladder including the adjacent roof and skylights (something omitted by others) and photographed key features. He reviewed the photos and these findings with us and pointed out the most likely source of the leak. Eric suggested a repair that would seal the leak sources and could be done during this visit and on the spot. We are very pleased with Eric's responsiveness, thoroughness and logical approach.
