Hired to power wash exterior of a duplex home, replace and paint exterior trim, caulk, paint garage doors and front doors, fix roof and other misc tasks. Two coats of paint was promised and in many places not even one coat was done, some rotten trim was painted over and not replaced, other trim that was replaced was the wrong size boards and extend beyond the brick of the home, paint was splattered all over the concrete and on interior floor by front door, exterior is still very dirty, several of the tasks negotiated were not done. Beware, he is a good talker but in the end just a scam artist! I do not recommend and would never hire again!

Wasn?t impressed with the work. Used my hose my water. Didn?t mention that when taking about what he was going to do. Would no hire again

Eric Ruggles was an expert when it came to spray washing our home and small barn. He was professional and thorough. He also did some extras without charge just because it was connected and should have been done also. He was pleasant, honest, and prompt. We were glad we found him to do the work we could not do.
