Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the team through completion of the job everything went great. We not only needed our gutters cleaned out but we also required multiple repair and soffit replacement. The team really knows their stuff and works efficiently and effectively. We will be using them every year go forward for our gutter cleanings as well as anything else that may come up. Definitely 5 star!!!

I Called goPro for my roof repair they did a great job the next day, repairing my roof very happy and smooth operation with the team and they match the exact color of the shingles after the repair they noticed the chimney crown was cracked from there weather they did my chimney crown same day .

I gave them a .5 because you have to put a number but they deserve 0 starts its been 6 months and my problem still has not been solve. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY ON THIS PEOPLE!!!! GET REAL PROFESSIONAL. They messed up and do not want to pay for the damages done that was ruined in my tenets house.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! MOST OF THIER 5 STARS REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTE FAKE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They will give you a really low initial estimate of the work, Take the deposit and on the day of work, will send a jerk *** supervisor who will completely change the price on you, (almost 10 times more than initial estimate) saying that oh your roof needs much more than what was quoted initially, basically trying to convince you to get the whole roof done . And he will behave like you are an idiot for questioning his re-estimates. By that time, your roof is somewhat open that can't be just sealed back and he is blackmailing you for more money. If you don't agree, he will just leave the work like that and you will never see your deposit back. The above scenario is 100% true and exactly what happened with me. I never felt so helpless in my life before. Despite them trying to get me to agree to their new price and and a whole different scope of work than previously agreed upon, I decided that I will never give my hard earned money to dishonest people like these no matter what. I got someone else to fix what they opened plus what I originally wanted to repair. They never even returned any part of my deposit. The total time they spent on my roof was not more that 45 minutes (Just 1 guy who opened a part of the roof and then that nasty and rude supervisor came in and changed the whole scenario. I thought I was the only one to whom it happened but only after looking up this company I realized that this is how they operate mostly. There are other reviews like myself but after every review like mine, they bombard few 5 stars reviews about themselves. SO PLEASE FOLKS, BEWARE & RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.

Quoted 1200 after inspection of damages and then mid project says it will cost 6000. Still insisted in half a day. Then says that the 6000 was in addition to the 1200 and nonexplanation on the difference in both contracts. I received a call of him saying to send a crew to my house to rip out all my shingles as he thought he dialed his technician. Then proceeded to threaten me and my family until I agreed to pay the 6000. Now he doesn't want to send the before and after pictures for my insurance company. Very crooked.

They were honest, they double the cost of the job in the middle of the job, they fell to honor the promised warranty until the job was done, and they fell to deliver their promises on interest rates on the financing.

Go pro quotes me right within my budget range and completed my new steps. I am very happy with the work go pro did for me and everything about the company is great. Highly recommend.

Go Pro did an amazing job installing a brand new asphalt shingled roof on my home, their communication was perfect and their timing on everything was great. Cleaned up very well and will definitely hire them for our next project!

I needed some rotted wood replaced in the back of the house so I checked Angi. I called Go Pro and their appraiser gave me a price and mentioned that the flashing around the bathroom breather pipes needed replacement. They would replace the flashing for $50 each. This work began on September 24, 2022. They began on the roof instead of replacing the rotted wood in back. They ripped the roof open and told me that there was mold and that the wood underneath was wet. I told him to put the roof back the way it was and to replace the rotted wood in the back. He said **I can sell you a tarp to cover it if you are not interested in repairing the roof** They were going to leave me with an open roof. I had not had any leaks in the house prior to this. I was quoted fifty six thousand to repair 2 sections and another fifteen thousand to finish the entire roof. Ninety plus thousand dollars and as of this date (November 29, 2022), they still have not replaced all of the rotted wood. I made the mistake of trusting him to complete the work. Each week there is a new excuse. So far it has been almost three months to do the work that probably should have been done within 2 weeks. Buyer beware. Steer clear of this company.

Excellence from everyone with whom I have dealt this past week. I am very much satisfied with the roof very patient and flexible with my hours and it clean and well maintained.

I wanted to repair the soffits and change the color of the gutters to black and have covers on them they did an amazing job it was smooth and the technicians were easy going and very flexible with my hours I recommend them.

After quoting a price of $3,800 to replace cedar siding, they wanted an additional $6,000 to replace plywood on two small dormers. We had already paid him $1,000. Total rip-off. Now we have to find a contractor to complete the job as we told him not to proceed any further.
