I highly recommend Top Rise Construction LLC! They did an amazing job on our roofing project. The team was professional, reliable, and hardworking from start to finish. They paid great attention to detail, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was completed properly. Their communication was excellent, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. It?s hard to find a company that truly takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing or construction services!

Top rice construction did a very good job in my trim , work and gutter repair i got 2 other estimates.Their price was the best and the work came out.Beautiful.I will definitely use them in the future

(1) Top Rise wrote a contract that?s illegal in NJ. (2) During a stucco repair job, they said our chimney needed to be rebuilt rather than just needing a stucco repair. We gave a verbal ok but realized within 30 minutes that that was a bad decision and asked them to stop. They did not stop. We learned later that NJ law gives consumers 3 days to change their minds. By the time Top Rise arrived with the contract, our chimney had been mostly demolished, so we could not get other estimates nor seek proof that the chimney rebuild needed to be done at all. (4) The stucco repair price was comparable with other estimates, but the chimney price was 4x-5x too high. (5) They claimed to use ?computer color matching," but we now have obvious ugly stucco patches. (6) Top Rise appears to have been formed in May 2026, so I don't know how it's possible to have reviews back to 2021. (7) When I expressed anger with their business practices and the quality of their work, I was threatened.

They did work on my chimney, flashing and chimney liner the chimney looks great very happy with the work and how clean they are thank you top rise construction

This company was easy to work with and they made the project a breeze. They answered promptly, gave me a same day estimate, and started work on my roof the next week. Erik definitely be using them when I start my interior project next

Erik and his team were great to work with. I experienced an issue with a catch basin and French drain, and Erik was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide options to fix the issue. Erik walked my wife and I through the process and the work to be performed in a way which we could understand. If you need a job, whether large or small, I highly recommend contacting Top Rise.

I called a few different companies, trying to get prices for my gutter repair. Top Rise was by far the best the best price and most professional. I ended up hiring them to repair my gutters and they were very fast, clean and did a great job. I would highly recommend!!

Top Pro Construction did an exceptional job replacing our roof after recent rain damage forced us to get a full replacement. Not to waste your money with this company. They will give a quote and then double it when it is through the project. Their project manager, Eric, lies and disrespectful. I had to have another company finish it for me after paying them.
