Erick Anthony Exteriors

My home exterior project started October 30. It entailed a structural repair to my garage, partial garage roof, small section of roof repair to my home, electrical mast/box, and exterior siding. I added new doors to my request for him after the fact. As of today, December 15, my house is sided, the garage is partially repaired, and work has come to a screeching halt with almost no contact from Erick Juarez at all; he is only intermittently responding to texts and has a good chunk of money from me. There were weeks where crews worked a total of 2 hours. I'm open to editing my review, of course, if he finishes the remaining work (which is an extensive list, including finishing the garage siding, both roof repairs, gutters and gutter guards, installing two doors, interior garage structural repair, realigning the garage door, painting the entire structure, and reinstalling my house numbers, mailbox, and exterior lights. He and his crew also need to pick up the construction debris littering my yard and driveway. But as of now, he isn't texting me back, so I can only assume he is taking the money and running.

I would caution anybody to use this company due to their lack of response. They were very quick to respond at first, they were positive in the beginning but they failed to provide adequate crew of workers to complete the the work. They walked away from the job. They are non responsive and left it incomplete

Overall our experience with Erick was great. We had a few things come up but he was always willing to work with us and make sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. I would recommend him for any exterior project you have in mind. He definitely helped us improve our backyard space that I know we will enjoy for years to come.
