Erick Landscape Design

Honest owner who responds to requests, quickly. Reliable workers who are mindful of each inch of the lawn.

Erick came out to the house and looked at the job. He said give him a week to get back with pricing. After 10 days I sent a text asking for his quote. No response! A couple days later, I sent him another message asking if he was still interested in the job, and if not to just let me know. No response again.

Excellent work. Will be hiring for future services.

THEY NEED COMMUNICATE BETTER ABOUT ARRIVAL TIMES.

Best value in town

Erick was very responsive and made sure that my additional requests were addressed. He seemed knowledgeable and passionate about his work.

Easy to work with, very responsive.

Good quality and very reliable.

Have yet to have them do any work

He just showed up once six months ago and left. Never work with those guys.

Good work and friendly attitude

This has to be the worst person I have ever hired. HIs communication was non existent. First, he missed our initial appointment without calling or texting. I texted him and he replied days later with an apology. I agreed to meet with him again and had good ideas for my yard. I asked for a quote that he promised would be there by the end of the day. No quote. I asked the next day. No quote. He finally gave me the quote after about a week. The prices were good so I reluctantly agreed to the job. He said he would start the next day. No show. I texted. No response. I called. No answer and no response to my message. After several frustrating days he responded. Said he would be there tomorrow to start the work. No show. I started looking for another company as he was obviously not interested in the work. Then he shows up out of the blue and starts working, dropping off about a dozen shrubs and digging up the yard. But they only planted a couple of plants and left the rest to rot in the sun, out of the ground. He assured me they would come back the next day to finish. No call. No show. The plants are now dying as they have not been planted. He send someone to pick up some of the shrubs.them up after i text him pictures of the dying shrubs. He texted me the those shrubs they left in my yard were not for me (then why are they in my yard???). They left a few shrubs in the yard - still dying! Now its been about a week - still no response to multiple texts and calls. Still have some shrubs remaining in my yard, out of the ground and dead. Im shocked that this guy is still in business!

They were timely and neat and great pricing!

Had to reschedule initial meeting, but gave me notice and showed up early for the rescheduled meeting. Hired him for the summer.

I am 3 weeks into a two day job and it is still not complete. They do not return calls. No scheduling information. Would not use them again.

They did a great job. Worked around the weather and came back the next day to finish.

They came, they did the work, and left. All was good. Erick is especially pleasant and easy to work with.

Excellent company. I hired them for a brickwork project and they improved my design and went far beyond my expectations. When I found out that they also did mowing and lawn maintenance, I hired them as my regular landscapers as well.

Could only contact via text after the first time speaking over the phone. Had an issue with getting the crew out on time. Not sure if they are good. I had to cancel because grass was getting long.

They were a great team. WE love their work and I've already recommneded them to two other families
