Up front, I take some blame, for not carefully explaining each job I needed and not inspecting the work after. That said, I hired for 4 fence jobs. Job 1) Never completed, we misunderstanding what I was asking for, but after saying he would come take care of it he never did. 2) Jimmy rigged, not repaired and is barely better than before. 3) Difficult job, but was very poorly done, looks awful and the gate is now held together with a bungee cord. 4) Easiest of the jobs and is still completed satisfactorily. The price for what was done was way overpriced. This may be abnormal, but had to share.

I have hired Erick for 7+ different projects at my home in Overland Park - including: childproofing, refurbing a fireplace, installing hardware, painting/drywall, and building a new front porch. Erick is fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Unlike the other 2 contractors I interviewed, he is also very prompt and courteous at responding to my messages. I will definitely hire him again.

He was very fast to get me a quote and then very fast to get the work done! I will be sending his name on to others.

Did a great job fixing baseboards, fixing a door so it would close, fence and deck repair. He was able to get to it to quickly and did what he said he was going to do, even came back to fix one minor problem with baseboard. Definitely will use him when we have other projects.
