Sunroom installed exceeded our expectations. Workmen were extremely professional and completed their task quickly and carefully. Everything was done to a high degree of precision. The product is of the highest quality. The work site was kept very clean at the end of each day. We were given the opportunity to see a similar room being built and talking with that customer, which made us feel even more confident that we had picked the right company. My wife and I are overjoyed with the final outcome and the room has been seen by many neighbors with nothing but rave reviews. Am sure we will get many years of use out of it. Would highly recommend Erickson to anyone thinking about adding a sunroom.

I had a sunroom and a deck added to the side of my home. I found the price was fair and there work Ethics are outstanding. They were very neat and very conscientious to make sure the job is done correctly. Even if I needed something extra,they were happy to help me. Bob, Eric and Derek or very professional and easy to work with. This company is great. I would Hire them again.

They lie about delivery dates and continued to do so when they did not deliver when they said they would. "A couple of weeks" turned into 7 weeks.dishonest!

"We always tell our awning customers (consumer name withheld per their request) the awnings are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and receive at our store. This awning took the full 3 weeks to receive due to the prime awning season. After we receive it, we then schedule installation as soon as possible, usually within a week. When this awning came in, however, we could not install immediately because the customer was away for a week. We installed (consumer name withheld per their request)'s awning at the next available install time which was 6 weeks from the day he ordered it. We apologize for the 6 week wait if that was not what was expected."

A week before the scheduled awning installation, I saw an occupied bird's nest on the old awning. I notified them of the problem and they were very understanding. About five weeks later, the chicks had hatched, the nest was empty and I rescheduled with no problem. When the installers arrived I asked how long it would take to install the very large motorized awning. They said about four hours. About two hours later they had finished and were doing finishing touches to precisely leveling. Although they sawed and drilled, they left nothing to indicate they were there... except the perfectly installed great looking new awning. The people I dealt with and the work they did was top notch.

Erickson Construction wowed us with their extreme sensitivity to our situation and need for an extra main floor master suite. The level of personal contact and care was exemplary. The construction was all done to code. The crew was on time for every phase of the construction. The finished work is beyond beautiful. The contractor was able to match our existing roof tiles, vinyl sidling and interior floors perfectly. If you looked at our house now from any angle you. Old swear that it was always just as it is now. The electricians went the extra mile for us as did the plumber. We are delighted and show off the new addition eagerly and often

They stuck by their installation data and time. They even showed up in the snow to install the awning. This installation took about 2 hours and it works great. We are very happy with the awning and the professional install.

We were amazed at how low their prices were, they beat out another hands down. Matt was extremely attentive in listening to our needs and so very personable I felt he was trustworthy, and appreciated the fact that his Business is family owned and operated.
