We had several problems for the 3 snow removals. They did not finish the whole job maybe due to inattention to details. However, Eric was very receptive to my complaints and was able to solve it after the 3rd complaint.

After some poor experiences with other snow removal companies in the past, we were happy we hired ER for snow removal this year. Any new client/contractor relationship can have some hiccups, but ER's outreach and responsiveness got any minor issues resolved.

Erickson and Rosemond did a great job with our Spring clean up project. They came when they said they would, cleaned up our planting beds and hauled away the debris. New shredded mulch was spread and edging was done. The guys removed a dead bush for us and worked really hard to make the front yard look great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
