called to let me know they were on the way. diagnosed problem with refrigerator, gave estimate for repairs with no pressure to go ahead with the repair or not. because of issue and cost to repair along with age, decided to replace fridge. Well worth the$60 charge for a professional diagnosis and advise.

I was very pleased. My only comment was they didn't contact me day of to confirm they would be there and my window was between 2 and 7. When 6:15 rolled around, I thought I wasn't going to hear from them. But they called shortly after that and did come and complete the repair. In their defense, I usually am annoyed at the over-communication from other service providers so maybe we've all been conditioned to expect multiple notices of "we are coming today and we will be there between X and Y."

They were timely, efficient, polite and professional. The work turned out to be simple (thank goodness). The ratio of cost to east of repair was a little high, but was still much cheaper than I anticipated the repair would cost. They called to confirm the appointment time and called when they were on their way.

The repair required a pair they did not have and were told that they would check yheir inventory (there was 1 sowing) and would call back to schedule the installation on the following day - I had to call and did schedule the repair but a day lAter than expected- overall a positive experience

Picked first available time slot. AAS called to say they wouldn’t be able to come out until two days later. Replaced a part on first visit, but part was defective. Came out the next day with a new part. Appears to be repaired. Repairman was knowledgeable and courteous.

They were knowledgeable and personable, however very busy. For a 1-5 appt. time they didn’t show up until after 5:30. They did a great job on the repair though and I would definitely use them again.

I did an open appointment with them for a Tuesday and was told they wouldnt be out until Friday. I called and spoke to the receptionist to get more info about the scheduling process and how the estimate and timing works and was told she didnt know she was just a secretary. Company was not very helpful or proactive about doing this work.

The repair required two trips due to parts that had to be obtained. The techs were courteous and upfront about the costs that might be incurred in their initial evaluation and returned to quickly make the repair.

Personable, professional, fast and efficient. They knew immediately what was wrong when I explained the issue with my washer. So, let me add experienced to that list! Two guys arrived; one with 20, the other with 30 years experience.

We have an oven with a failing motherboard. Have had it repaired before but company is no longer in business. These men confirmed what's wrong but said they can't get the part. We were able to get it easily online and now have to figure out how to install it or find someone who can do it for us.

They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly.
