Speaking English with Eric and Helper was a problem. Workmens skills are very low. Uses unsafe practices when using a skill saw. He charged too much for labor with the skills he has and for the tasks he did. He is not trustworthy since he disposed of construction waste in the city park even after I told him not to. I would not recommend him to anyone. I will not hire him again.
