Eric came out when promised to quote the job. He knew exactly what to do to repair an improper original installation of tile in one bath and repair a broken shelf in another bathroom. He gave a fair price and was able to schedule the work within a few days. The repair work blends perfectly. I believe he overcharged for the amount of work he ended-up doing. He was late the two days he worked, He smoked and it smelled terrible when he came in the house. Not what I would call a professional

Eric was late for all three appointments. He complained about the job. He wore a huge Christian cross around his neck and I felt he didn't trust me. He did fix the errores he crested, after one week.

Eric did the job in a timely manor. For the most part everything done well. Only complaint was the white chauking used in the bathrooms did not match well with the almond color grout. His pricing is fair .

Let me start by saying that I am picky about the work done in my home. I want everything to be high quality and professional. Eric not only met my expectations but he exceeded my expectations. Not only would I recommend Eric's Tile and marble, I plan to hire him for some more tile work when I have the money to complete the work.
