They are like contractors. They were really good, professional, clean, prompt, and good follow through. When they were delayed coming to my house, they always call. They were very considerate of my time and schedule. They did a good job.

Gary showed up on time for his bid, which we felt was very fair. He and his partner did a very good job. The pergolas looked brand new and everything else looked clean and tidy. We will be called them again for further upkeep of the pergolas and I'm sure for other projects. They are easy to work with. <br />

They charge $30 per person per hour, and there are typically two gentlemen performing the services. They are great problem solvers; they will figure out a creative way to get any job done. For example, we have a water stain on some wood and instead of replacing all of the wood, they creatively came up with a base wood option to completely conceal the water stain. They are very smart men, they show up on time, and they do thorough work. We've trusted them to do several things for our home and we have not been disappointed. It is kind of like having a 2nd and 3rd husband, and they never complain about the tasks they are given! What I really appreciate about them is they're super trustworthy and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They may be a little more expensive than some other service providers, but in my opinion they are well worth it!
