Was late on arrival. Bit off more than she could chew. Water spots on tall windows. We have a very tall house, and she could not reach the top windows. Which I had asked prior to hiring if this was a problem. Very unsatisfied. Will not use again.

Disappointed. Was told on booking apt it would take NO more than 2 hrs to clean 5 windows and a slider. Said it was $30 an hour. The lady did a good job, the guy was useless, she had to tell him each step. He was continuously playing on phone. Came in said his phone was dead wanted to use mine. At 21/2 hrs, told them to finish up. They billed me $180. $30 each. NOT HAPPY
