Overall a good experience, called them once and everything was scheduled at that time as to what I needed and when they were coming, and they did what was needed. Other companies contacted me to discuss and told me they were going to call back to schedule never heard from them again.

I was sent an unprofessional crew to install my security cameras. Not only they didn't flush the indoor toilet after they were allowed to use it, but one of them set up the password on my DVR, but never shared it with me. I couldn't use my camera system for over two weeks, as the DVR was locked and I had to wait on a replacement DVR from the manufacture. Also the main contractor was argumentative, unprofessional and tried to stick me with 25 ft of cable that I had no need for.

"All of our crew members are professionally trained and worked hard to make the client happy. It shows in all of the reviews we get but this one. After every installation, we clean the location. This installation was of client's own equipment manufactured by LOREX. Before the crew left the location, they made sure the client was satisfied and he indicated that he was but he sent texts the following week about not remembering his password. Our crew never changed the password from its default. This review by client is purposely malicious."

Mr jerry is amazing I made a mistake and sent them the wrong camera system and they already wired my household after they found out it was the wrong wires for my system not only did they not charge me but I never seen them angry for the mistake I made and because of my mistake I had to give them a little bit more extra for the inconvenience. I already sent Mr Jerry quotes from people I know so they too can have cameras placed in their homes, thanks Home Advisor and Mr Jerry for all your help.
