We hired this firm to remove a windowbox, install a shower rod, and replace three exterior light fixtures. They came 6/23/17. The first two were performed satisfactorily. But the woman could not get the third light fixture to work, said the wiring had been burnt, that she had trimmed and capped it, and would call after she returned from vacation the following week to schedule a return with her recommended electrician. When we did not hear back by early July, we left several voicemails but to this day (7/19/17) they never responded. The electrician we then had come out told us today that 1) the singed wires could have been taped off, and were cut much too short; and 2) the wires in the adjacent fixture were touching. In addition, we found that exterior labels on the sides of the fixtures had not been removed. Ended up paying Erley $250, and then paying electrician $87 more. Very disappointed, particularly with total lack of follow through and response.

They did a great job! They were always prompt and when they told me they were going to be there they were there. Honest and upfront with everything. I was never left wondering when the work would be completed. The work was amazing, price was fair, and I would recommend them to anyone.
