Errand Boy HVAC & Cleaning

Work was done on time and cleanup was very thorough.

This is a follow-up post to complete the review of Errand Boy HVAC. In my previous post I noted the central air install couldn't be completed because the unit vendor supplied a defective product. This was NOT Errand Boy's fault, who, while despite some medical issues, moved heaven and earth to both find and replace the unit; i suspect out of his own pocket. That's not the typical behavior of A/C professionals who I've found are mostly into supplying high-dollar solutions. Brian (owner of Errand Boy), is a gem and a true supporter of his community. While there was a bit of a wait to obtain the replacement unit, Brian never gave up on us and installed the replacement unit which worked great. While the fall may be upon us, there were still warm days that the attic fan just didn't alleviate. And by giving Brian the benefit of the doubt, and our trust, he totally proved he deserved both. My a/c unit was blowing warm air; a tech out to diagnose/fix issue. Tech reports “compressor leak; damaged beyond repair” MUST replace entire hvac system or suffer in heat....”only” $6,500.00 (which I didn’t and still don’t have). On a long short, I contacted Errand Boy”. Brian contacted me and we discussed the problem and scheduled a call for the next day. That morning I had decided to bite the bullet so I told Brian not to come. Either by dumb luck or Devine intervention, Brian missed the message and arrived on time and went to work...he identified a number of things wrong some of which the previous tech had messed up...he said “you don’t have a leak...he did a number of things to the unit and now it seems to be running fine. I own 50 properties that all have hvac equipment in them....Errand Boy is my new “go to”

These guys were excellent. I recommend them highly. They came out quickly. They fixed the AC unit and the cost was reasonable. I am calling them first if I ever have another issue with my AC unit.

These are great guys not looking for your money but they really want To help you to the best of their abilities and they know what they are Doing!!! JUST ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!

This crew did an excellent job on my A/C unit. They cleaned debris from the unit, checked the unit , completely, finding my Freon is a bit low but would not need additional at this time. Honesty is important in most business and this Gentleman could have told me it needed it now. He did not take advantage of my ignorance about A/Cs and I will certainly call him for any needed A/C work.

Brian did a quality job for me at a price point fitting my needs. Concerned with leaving the job clean as well as making accurate repairs, he immediately zeroed in on the problem and replace my AC fan. He did have to make a parts run as he is a small independent serviceman without the extensive inventory of large companies. Give him a call!

Brian did a great job, not only with the work but explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was knowledgeable and also very fair about his prices, highly recommended.

Brian was an excellent repair man and very kind in handling my situation. While he was very talkative, he stayed on task and made sure I got my air back.
