Google said this business is supposed to be permanently closed, I guess that's their strategy so they can overcharge and not warrant their work. They charge $275 just to install flags to mark the pipes. $600 to fix 2 connections and 4 heads. If you don't think this is over charging, then I don't know what is. On top of it, they don't warrant their work. Daugther of the owner said they are not scamming me. If this isn't a scam, they're defining it wrong.

"On May 29, we made changes to 3 nozzles and a rotor sprinkler that required repair, with a total cost of $120. On May 31, we returned to repair zone 5-10, which included fixing two leaking connections, adding 2 sprays to uncovered areas, and replacing one non-functional spray, amounting to a total of $450. After completing the work on May 31, we ensured that zone 5-10 was in working order and confirmed your satisfaction with the services provided. Regarding the $275 charge from a year ago, it was agreed upon before our visit to your home. Our company has been in business for over 20 years, and it is disappointing to hear accusations of scamming. Due to these false allegations and lack of respect, we have decided not to continue our services for you."

Ricardo called me back immediately and set up and appointment to come out that day. We had recently purchased the home and the irrigation system had not been used in years. His estimate was very reasonable to repair and modernize the system. He offered to complete the job that day, but I defered until the next day. The next day he and his crew showed up on time and comp1eted the job that day, in spite of a couple of surprises (one of my zones was actually in my neighbor's yard, omg). The next day, he called me because I had overpaid him (entirely my fault). He refunded the overpayment promptly. I truly appreciate this contractor's, honesty, timeliness and competence.

I barely completed making the appointment and he was calling me to schedule a visit the same day Saturday instead of the following Monday, which was the earliest I figured I would see anyone, He showed up with his crew, we reviewed the problems I was experiencing and they went to work. They completed, in 4 1/2 hours what I figured would be a full day's worth of work at less then 1/2 the expected cost. Wife and I are very pleased and would highly recommend Escobar Irrigation to anyone needing sprinkler system repair.
