"The customer is entitled to feel anyway he chooses. What is stated above is untrue. I did waive the fee for the service call and only charged the customer for recharging the R-22 freon. Yes, the system did leak a week later, and I was going to go back to the customer's home, however he stopped payment on his check for the previous service received, and stated that he was not going to pay anything"
