Great job

The first privacy fence was built pretty well but the second one is not good. The boards are not lined up and the gate fell off. He did come back and put bigger screws but they made a big mess and did not clean it all up. It is not level and not like the picture I showed him as what I wanted.

Very good

Carlos is a very hard worker with a hard working crew. He was very eager to start the job, which caused another contractor, who was removing some trees on the property line, to not complete his work. The fence was put up to fast for the tree removal service to get in a get the trees down. The gates will last a few years before they will need to be rebuilt. Very uneven boards across the top of the fence. Boards cut short in one area should have been replace, as I suggested, Carlos took boards down and recut them to use instead. This made for an unsightly level fence. The framing between post are not even. Structurally sound just ugly to look at from the inside. Screw heads were left exposed and those that were not were hammered over to keep from scratching someone or something, like a dog.

He left his subs to do the job and it was a bad job. He came back to fix what he could, but we are not at all happy with the experience or the quality of the work.

Completed project in a timely manner. Carlos was friendly and courteous. He did everything I ask him to do.
