I talked my husband into hiring Espinosa to replace the roof on our home. I saw them working on a house in our subdivision. Seemed like pretty decent work. They came out and replaced our roof in about 2-3 days. The workers did a good job. However, there were some places on the roof that needed to be nailed down. We had called Genaro Espinosa numerous times but to no avail. Once he receives all the money from you he ignores any issues you may have after the job is completed. He will not return your phone calls. Would I refer him to others? NO

This company is professional. Friendly staff. I felt very at ease with the owner; confident in knowing he was going to do what he said. They did a great job in a timely manner. Once completed, they clean up and put everything back in place. I highly recommend Espinosa Construction and Roofing. FYI....I very reluctant with contractors because of past experience, but this company can be trusted. Thanks for a job well done.

Mr Espinosa did a great job painting walls and ceiling. Got here in time and worked fast. He left the area clean and was very professional. He gave us a good price and we are very happy with the results.

This guy is full of excuses. My back patio beam is not leveled and he did nothing to fix it. He left my home half ass done. He told me it would take four days and it took him three weeks, only to leave me half done. His workers are great but he is not very professional, wont answer calls once paid. I paid him more than he required to start and paid him on the day he said he would finish, however, he did not finish. He buys all cheap materials and over charges his work. I would not recommend this guy at all.
