We chose this small company because Mr. Esposito is a perfectionist who will try creative ways to get the result he wants. The downside of choosing a small company is that if the primary person gets sick, the client has to wait until he gets well enough to work. Unfortunately this happened. Both he and we were frustrated by the delay. And he had to use a diamond-tipped saw to cut away some ledge-- we had to pay extra for that. But the result is a great fence.

Very reasonable on pricing & did a spectacular job on my repair by replacing & cutting tiles around tub water controls & spout. No visible cuts showing - not sure how he did it - but a beautiful tile restoration. Also, cleaned up well & grouted the entire wall & back wall for no extra charge.

I thought that once they actully arrived to deliver what was promised, they did a decent job. I really felt that my job became "secondary" because a much more lucrative one became a priority. Message being...don't forget the little jobs because of big $$$. Make sure you always value your costomers..big or small. Samuel is a very talented craftsman..he should stay small and concentrate on his art...
