June did a great job the dark finish on our 1990's blondie oak cabinet faces. It cost a bit more to have the back of the doors done but it really completed the job.

No appointment was ever kept as scheduled, and sometimes no notification - I had to call them. Finished project looks nice but in the re-installing the cabinet doors many hand pulls were left loose and I had to go back and tighten and even put washers on two of them to get them properly fitted. Have requested invoice for work but still have not received it. Price was given and then changed the next day. Did not feel things were done professionally. Salesman was nice but needs to learn how to conduct business in a prompt and professional manner.

"We do our best to fit refinishing work into the customer's preferred timetable, however, there are situations that arise when this would not produce a superior product. Customer indicated she did not want us to address any of her concerns as soon as we were made aware of them. Price was changed due to an error in information given by customer, which was agreed upon by the customer prior to any work begun."
