Terrible job would not recommend ever again

Worked with my budget and used my old materials. They did quality work and replaced only what was needed. Worked around weather and kept in touch for changes in schedule and budget.

Workers were friendly and explained what they were doing each day. Scott was hands on and communicated everyday and stopped to check things out each day. We did have to make a few changes and Scott was very receptive and willing to do what was best for the project. Scheduling wise they started the job when promised a finished on schedule even with changes.

Recommend. Had a deck built. Very quick and efficient. Awesome customer service. Need to work on better clean-up. A year later, I am still finding unused screws by the deck area. And also screws were screwed in crooked in some areas making the wood chip.

Scott was really diligent about letting me know when the workers would be at my house. He kept me apprised of any issues that arose and also when he was able to resolve them. The work and workers were all top notch. I will definitely call Essence when I have other projects.

Easy to visit with. Answered questions I had. Work involved more expensive on the deck than first thought. Scott was great to call me and showed me what was needed and why. The deck turned out fantastic & went well with new siding we'd just done. Would call them again for a project.. Very professional..
