As a NJ & PA Realtor I had a very short window to have a house that was going to close in three days and needed to have the home treated . I hired William, owner of Essence Pest control in January, 2019 to eliminate mice in my basement. He identified areas in the basement and first floor of my house where mice were/might be nesting. He first vacuumed up the mouse droppings and then laid down 11 baited traps. In areas with a strong odor he placed lemon-scented deodorizers. He came every month thereafter to check the traps and replace any eaten bait. By the 5th visit, the mice were gone as none of the bait had been eaten and the odor and droppings were gone. William was always courteous, respectful and professional. His charge for the job was $250 which I thought was very reasonable. I give him the highest recommendation.
