I requested a COVID-19 deep clean and not only did they do their deep clean but they also did a COVID-19 fog

They gave me a great quote with an impactful cleaning service. I tackled things in my home that wasnâ t even included and I appreciate these girls so much so going above and beyond for me. I would very much recommend

I was not happy with their work. There was more to be done. I feel I did not get my money worth for what I paid.

Great service. The crew that came were very professional and polite and would hire them again.

Tina and Pelina were absolutely amazing. They arrived promptly. They cleaned every inch of my newly purchased home, including baseboards and my walls! I didn t ask for my walls to be cleaned but I appreciated that these ladies went above and beyond to service my home to perfection. Great jobs girls. I will definitely book more appointments with Essential Cleaning

Im a former housekeeper and I keep my house pretty clean. I just needed it polished for our realtor photography session. Essential cleaning did not listen to what I needed. I asked for a basic clean and interior windows. They booked for a deep clean and quoted me 3hrs at $140 for 2 cleaners. They scheduled my cleaning for the wrong day and when they were asked to come the day I needed, she said there was a $47 charge for same day service, even though I scheduled it 4 days prior. They were here for 1 1/2 hrs and when I asked if they did the windows, she told me yes. When I finally had a chance to look over their work, the only window that was cleaned was the front door. My glass table looked as if it was washed with a soaking wet, dirty rag and my small living room rug was not even vacuumed. I will never use their service again and I certainly do not recommend their service.

They did a decent job but they didnt wipe down the shelves in the closet and it was a whole cabinet that they didnt clean, and didnt tell me there were items in the cabinet from a previous tenant.

The entertainment center remains very dusty. Underneath it remains the same dust and miscellaneous items. I way overpaid working with them.

I paid for deep cleaning and got 2 bathrooms cleaned nicely and a master bedroom deep cleaned. 2 were supposed to come, only 1 came. Owner called this worker every 10 minutes. So I paid for lots of phone time. Worker who came was very nice.

They all were great and very thorough very friendly as well. I d definitely recommend them to others and I myself will be hiring them again! Thanks ladies

They worked from the time they walked into the house until they were finished. THANKS Bill

Hire Essentials services for my new home and Palina did great job also they have some new crew members which I think need more training but overall I’m satisfied.

Very nice and responsive. Cleaning was fairly light with some dusting overlooked. Products smell great! The scented candle is a lovely touch.
