The water pump they installed for my air unit has been leaking from day one. He said it will go away on its own but it has not stopped leaking. I text and call every day, he said he will come over but does not and never answers. This has been going on for a few months now!!!

Eric was very professional. He responded to my request right away and came out to give me an estimate. The install was flawless done neatly and timely in 1 day. Contacted Essential via home advisor app. Eric called within 24 hrs and offered to give us a free estimate on a sweltering hot Memorial Day for repair on our 19 yr old central air unit. The compressor was shot and Eric gave us a price on a new unit and by the next day we were up and running. Came back on the following day for some finishing touches on plumbing, unit is working great and quiet. I would recommend Essential to family and friends.

Responded to our request charged 80.00 to diagnose then came and said our refrigerant was to high and he need to remove some. Waited a few days air conditioning unit still not working properly. My husband contacted him and he said he?d swing by and check it out never did. Called another hvac company and said we had a leak and that we were low on refrigerant??? Hmmm that is probably because essential heating and cooling removed it. Also this name on home advisor is not the name you get when you call the number attached.. I have asked nicely for them to come and check the unit without a reply at this point I figured we just got ripped off.

The quality of the work was great. The front end communication was tough, but once we got everything confirmed the experience was A+.

Arrived late. Over charged me. has yet to provide a receipt for work done even after 2 requests

Eric arrived on time, thoroughly explained the problem, and followed through to complete the project on schedule.

They arrived fast, quickly identified the problem and worked quickly to get it resolved to my satisfaction. From start, checking Homeadvisor, to finish, the whole transaction took less than 2 hours. So far, so good. Ice cold air conditioning. I would hire them again.

We hired them for the installation of new A/C and furnace on June 30th, 2018, they charged $2000 on that day, they installed the A/C on July 1st, 2018 and have not finished the installation of furnace, he said he will be back next Sunday to finish the work. He charged another $2000 without my concern on July 2nd, 2018, not supposed to charge anything until he finish the job. Since then I had called him a few times, he has not come back as he promised and has not sent me any invoice receipt either. So I have no heat in the house in this cold weather. This is worst service I've had so far.

Has not returned my 4 out of 5 days this week phone calls to check on a problem that I think my outdoor unit is having. When it kicks on it sounds like 50 thousand volts of electricity are being sent out. The project took 2-3 visits as the parts came in bit by bit? What's interesting is that this company is not one that I asked for an estimate from.
