Punctual, careful, and quality work.

I am extremely happy with every aspect of the work that we contracted. Essential did everything from electrical to plumbing, brought our condo up to the current decade from about 1970. 1600+ square feet, painted, trimmed, lights replaced, faucets and toilets replaced, dropped ceilings removed, blinds replaced, hardware checked/replaced, old appliances removed (they'll be coordinating installation of new in the near future). Great care was taken every step, videos sent of the completed work every day and the job was done several days sooner than expected. This was a large project and David made it feel very small and did everything he could to reduce stress. His judgement calls dont cost an arm and a leg and he provides an expertise during the review/quoting process that gives you confidence in him, and his abilities. I've had work done to several households very recently and only wish he had been the guy doing the job. A+, best contractor services I have ever experienced, bar none.

He was very flexible when we uncovered that we had termites and he needed to stop for a day to get the wood treated. he worked efficiently and was there to get the job done.. Dave is amazing. Heâ s organized and meticulous. He replaced screens in my sunroom, painted sunroom ceiling and trim, replaced seal in my kitchen sink and installed a towel bar. He worked fast and efficiently. I highly recommend.

I hired David to install all new flooring for my rental property. He helped me through the process of choosing what would work best for the high traffic areas and brighten up the place. He had my old flooring removed quickly and new flooring and molding installed. Iâ m very happy with how it looks and will continue to use his other services for my property.

Great experience getting start to finish. EHM was very responsive, always on time, and very thorough with the work. I hired Dave for several smaller tasks: baseboard install, ceiling repair (previous water damage), painting, and kitchen cabinet repair.
