We really enjoyed working with Oscar as a contractor. He coordinated the other companies needed to complete the repairs and even showed up when they were at the house working to make sure all was well. He did do the drywall tear out & put it back up himself since his staff was busy & we had rain damage. I have never worked with a more pleasant person in my life. He always showed up when he said he would & actually returned calls/texts which doesn’t happen much anymore. Thank you Oscar! I’m sure we will be working together in the future!

Oscar was professional, time efficient and reasonable with his work on our bathroom! He gave my family multiple options on how to approach our bathroom renovations. He was honest with his work and the dry wall repair was done very well. Not to mention his kind demeanor!

I had a wonderful experience working with Essential Living Construction on multiple home projects. The options were laid out clearly and they followed through on every promise made in the contract. They handled the repairs quickly and professionally. Contractor Oscar Barajas kept me updated throughout the process. There were no surprise fees at the end. The crew kept the work areas neat and clean during repairs and after completion. I would highly recommend using Essential Living Construction for any home project.

Essential Living Construction (and specifically Oscar Barajas) did a great job helping me with my home remodel. The price was fair, the work was done quickly and the results were impressive. Cracked damaged ceiling drywall was replaced with new drywall throughout the entire house and it looks great. Oscar is a friendly, soft-spoken professional and I would absolutely work with him again.

I had some drywall patches that needed to be fixed in my kitchen, and this company did an amazing job! The work was clean, professional, and blended in perfectly.
