We needed a repair on the pipe from the house to the septic tank, but we didn't know it. Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. I would recommend him if you have a plumbing problem.

I had drain line and water lines replaced. Essential plumbing is honest, knowledgable, and fair priced. They took care of the problems efficiently. I use them for both my house and my church. I highly recommend them for plumbing issues.

There appears to be a rule that plumbing problems occur on Sundays or holidays. Our main sewer line backed up early Sunday morning. We called several companies, with no answer. We were able to get another company out to look, but they could not handle the work. But Essential Plumbing and Sewer came out within about an hour. Both Fernando and Moses were courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and were careful to protect our floors. They took care of the problem and even helped clean up the shower back where the sewer backed up. I can't ask for anything more. So, thank you.
