Efren, who oversees the work and is involved in the work, is very friendly and attentive and responsive to my wishes He did more than satisfactory design of what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and articulate in dealing with my questions and concerns. He and his team did an efficient and excellent job.

So far so good with the sod. Waiting to see if the weather temps will be a concern for it to thrive. End price was a little bit higher than originally estimated. They are hard workers and can be a bit hard to get a hold of since they are so busy with projects.

I was very happy with the tree trimming and cleanup of the job. I had several trees trimmed and they look great! Efren was prompt, courteous and very professional. Very good value for the money, and I would definitely recommend them.

Hard worker

These guys did such an amazing job that I paid them more than they were charging! We were so pleased! Highly recommend them! We will continue to have them help us out in the future. ;-)

Efren is a gem, and his guys work hard, but they don't always know their plants. Mark what you want cut & what you want kept in a naturalized garden. I asked them to weed, mulch & trim, and showed them two volunteer trees to cut down, and they went ahead and also cut down a lilac bush and butterfly bush I'd been tending for three years! Efren was apologetic and said he'd take care of it. The butterfly bush came back this spring, but the lilac is DOA. Efren finally came out to replace it, so I give him props for following through.

He worked hard and kept at it. I wanted the work done asap so he came one full day and two half days. He trimmed all the trees, hedges and bushes in the yard. He cleaned the flower beds --leaving only the mulch. He cleaned up everything that he cleaned or trimmed. He had given me a quote and told me it would be a certain amount per load to remove the refuse. Every time he had to add another load he let me know. He had his truck packed so tight that one time it looked like it might be tippy. When I joked with him, he laughed but also assured me he only worked safely. I had watched him work on and off during the day and he did in fact work safely. He trimmed a bush in the front bed that looked great from the outside but awful from the back of the plant from inside. He did that at my request and was courteous as he had been all along. We had a nest of bees in the front bed that we didn't know about until he and his crew got stung. He was able to bring someone in to get rid of them that same day. His price was extremely reasonable and the yard looks great. I will hire him again for future landscape maintenance. Thank you Efren of Essentially Verde

We placed a quote to have some landscaping done around our yard on Home Advisor and Efren (Essentially Verde) contacted us within an hour, stopped by later that day to take a look at everything and provided a quote the next day. His price was very reasonable compared to some others we got quotes from earlier this year so we didn't even hesitate to give him the work since he's trying to get his business underway. He was very professional throughout his time working at our house, provided frequent updates about what he was doing, when he would be here and how long he thought certain things would take and completed all of the work (removal of a tree, bushes, rock, edging and putting in new plants, flowers, mulch, trees and sodding) within a week or so. The price ended up being a little higher than he originally quoted because of the cost of the plants/flowers we chose and extra time he had to spend on everything but it was well worth it and our yard looks amazing compared to what it did before! I would highly recommend Essentially Verde to anyone looking to update their landscaping.
