These guys were extremely unprofessional, they destroyed my furniture and belongings, and just hung out most of the time.

Would NOT recommend it to a friend. The team was okay loading goods from the storage unit into the truck, however had quite a bit of wall damage and furniture damage when unloading the truck into the home. Before the crew left, I had a conf call with the crew and the Manager and they admitted liability for damages with an agreement to pay via their Reimbursement policy which does not exist. their policy to get your payment in full so you have no leverage then ask that you send an email to a random email address. They now appear to be ignoring calls and messages requesting damages payment.

Furniture arrived safely and unharmed. Guys took about 45 min to try and figure out how to get tv off the wall and then still couldnâ t do it. Also took a long time to figure out how to move the safe. All three were Hispanic. Only one spoke a little English. Overall Iâ m glad all the furniture arrived safely but took much longer than it should have and that made it more costly.

Where to start! 1. STRIKE ONE: After I hired the movers, Mitchell told me I would get a 1-hour notice before the movers arrived. I got ZERO notice. They just showed up at 9AM. And because I was not quite ready, I paid them to sit in my driveway for about 5 minutes, since they start charging from the time they arrive. 2. STRIKE TWO: One of the movers asked me 3+ times, ;Do you want this in the truck?, & Is this going in the truck?. What the h*** made him think I didn't have to take EVERYTHING out of the apartment when I moved? 3. STRIKE FOUR: I told Mitchell before the move that I may need help taking at least the headboard off the bed frame to make it easier to move. The movers must not have gotten THAT memo, because THEY ASKED ME FOR TOOLS to partially dismantle the bed. IT'S NOT MY JOB TO PROVIDE TOOLS to THE MOVERS. 4. STRIKE 5: The older driver had the personality of a rock, and should not be working in customer service. I felt the whole time, because he seemed cranky, like I was inconveniencing him to move my stuff. 5. STRIKE FIVE: When I texted Mitchell after the move to tell him what went sideways, he told me he'd call me to make things right. He never called. In fact, since Mitchell did not call me as he said he would, so we could clear the air privately, is the reason I made my complaints public. I worked in retail an customer service positions for 30 years. A sure-fire way to drive customers away is not following through on what you say you will do (it happened twice with just Mitchel alone). NEWS FLASH: When you do not follow through, it is necessary to genuinely apologize, without giving excuses, and then try your d*** best to never let it happen again. The only way a business can build trust and a positive rapport with customers, is to do everything they can to earn and keep that trust, NOT tear it apart with false promises and bull***t. No, I will not use Established moving ever again because they absolutely lost my trust in them. PS Just as another reviewer said, I told Mitchell ahead of time that I may need the movers to partially dismantle my bed for ease of moving. What did they do otherwise? THEY asked ME for a tool to partially dismantle the bed. What GOOD moving companies do is CARRY TOOLS JUST IN CASE THEY ARE NEEDED. DUH, DUH, AND MORE DUH. One more thing: Established Moving has a 2.5 star rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Buyer(s) beware!

This was our second time to use Established Moving services. We first encountered them while touring an apartment complex. We noticed they took great care in wrapping and protecting the items. We got a card from one of the guys and soon booked them for our upcoming move. It was a great experience. The guys showed up on time, walked the house with us, identified items to move, and took great care of our belongings. They communicated closely with us and made sure we were approving of them. My husband and I agreed to use them for our next move when we found our new home. The next move did not go so smoothly. In fact, if the second move had been the first move, there would not have been a second. We would not have even given them another chance. The three men showed up at the end of the planned arrival time, which was fine. The weather was not good that day. (It would end up being a record rainfall day.) The lead mover had me sign the paperwork, basically a sign-here/initial-here process. Nothing was explained to me, and I had the understanding this was just to start the clock for the move. We walked them through the house and identified items to be moved. They went to work. We had to keep a close eye on them. They wrapped our items but then turned them upside down to move them, often using the edges or corners of our furniture as a fulcrum to reposition our items. They placed adhesive directly onto the upholstery of our white sofa. They worked quickly but not in a careful manner; it seemed as if they were rushed and inattentive. We alerted them to be extra careful with one item that was an antique and was quite fragile. This would have to be repeated multiple times. Once the truck was loaded, we made our way to our new home. They did lay blankets at the doorway to minimize tracking debris into the house but continued to track up and down the stairs with their wet and dirty shoes. They tried to move large pieces of furniture with one person. One man tried to move the fragile antique hall tree down the stairs BY HIMSELF. It was not until my husband told him to not do that, did he stop and wait for help. As they were unloading a chest from the truck, we heard a bang. I happened to be within sight and looked over to see what it was. The movers were looking around to see if this had been witnessed. No one told us our chest had been dropped. My husband asked, â Did something get dropped?â To which the lead mover replied, â Yeah, it was the new guy,â and kept on about his business. When we unwrapped the chest, there was a large hole in the top of the dresser. Again, it had been turned upside down to be moved. My husband spoke to someone on the phone who instructed us to submit a claim form, however no form or further instructions were given to us. I did find out from one of the movers they had a large 3-bedroom home to move after our job. Not sure if they felt pressured to complete our move and get to the next job. No one from Established contacted me or provided me with a claim submission form, in spite of our request for one and multiple attempts via phone and email to obtain one. I submitted an email on 12/26 requesting instructions to submit the claim for damaged furniture. After no response to my email, I called on 1/4 and spoke to Mitch who told me he would be sending me an email that same day and that we should have a resolution by the middle of the next week. That email never came, and I called back on Sunday to inquire further. I spoke to someone who said he would have Mitch get back to me on Monday the 6th. Today is 1/11, and I have had no contact from Established Moving.

My movers were Luis and Mitchell and they did a great job when moving my mother's stuff. We had a last second issue that required a last second change, and they handled it with no problem. They packed up our stuff on the truck quickly and padded the furniture so it would not get dirty or damaged, and unloaded it the new location according to our direction.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Four drivers showed up early with their trucks. They could not have been more professional and friendly. Our new house had just had new floors put in the day before the men were so careful and never dragged an item on the floor even picking up the piano to move it over 5 inches when we wanted it centered. They worked hard, had a great system and all had big smiles on their faces even though it was a long hard day for them. Thank you Octavio, Leo, Horacio and the other gentleman!

Please do not use this company. They did all the right things up front by confirming the moving date and time. They appeared to be flexible with the time for the move. But, when the day came for the move they didn t show up. I made my first call to the dispatcher when I got a call from the driver at 11am telling me he was on his way. I told the driver he wasn t scheduled to start the move until 1pm. He seemed very confused by this info and suggested I call the dispatcher. I then assured by the dispatcher not to worry they are still scheduled for 1pm and that they would be there. By 4pm no driver or call from the company. I made phone for the next 2 hrs. but they never showed up. There were no apologies or attempts to make it right. I was left standing with a lot of furniture and no way to move. I ll never use this company or recommend them anyone. They should be taken off Home Advisor s website because certainly make me question how your reference list is vetted.

The foreman called the day of the scheduled move to tell me they needed to reschedule. The men with their truck were 3.5 hours late. They kept some of the things that I was moving, including my flat bed trolly, and then claimed it was not on the truck when the drivers checked back in. They damaged two pieces of furniture. The job they did unloading my belongings into my storage locker was extremely unprofessional, and yes I have pictures. They claimed they knew where they were going to deliver my belongings to my storage locker after I asked if they understood where they needed to go. They tried to charge me for an 8hr day when they worked for me for 6.5 hours. Established Movers have no business being in business.

They company was amazing. The owner fit me in last minute. The workers were so kind and did good work. Just left a few dings on my banister, and pulled the rubber stoppers off one step. But I would hire them again no problem!!! The company was good!!!
