Jonathan is knowledgeable but is non responsive and does not return to complete projects. In my case his crew severed our sprinkler cable and sprinkler pipe. He promised to return to repair these items and despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts he has not responded. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
