This company sent out someone name Dalton. He checked the air conditioner and advised me there was a leak, instead of fixing the leak he added freon prior to fixing the leak. I made a comment about why add something if there are leaks. It is like a cup, if there are holes if you fill it up it is still going to leak. He charged me 350.00 to tell me he made a mistake. He promised to refund my money and keep the service amount but I never received anything. When I contacted him and his brother/owner they recanted saying they would refund me if I purchased a full system. Why would I let incompetent people work on something so important to my home? No way. Please avoid this company at all costs. 502-876-3832 502-819-6218
