We were very nervous when looking for someone to do such a big job on our house. It was a difficult task tying in the new construction with our century old home.(additional living room space, 2nd floor bedrooms and bathrooms, attic, new roof, all new windows, gutters, siding and 2 brand new deck/porches) We Interveiwed 10 people before finally we found Estes Builders. Meeting Eric was a blessing. He had no hesitations taking on this challenging job. He is a genuine down to earth person whom we trusted with a key to our house for over 3 months. Him and his crew were neat, curtious, caring and patient with us. They did things the right way and even went above and beyond our expectations. And if an unexpected issue came up, Eric always had a solution for us. His crew did an amazing job with our house. Words cant express how happy we are that we found Estes builders. They truly made our dreams come true.

Eric and Spring were a delight to work with. I live out of state and it would have been easy for someone to take advantage of me. I trust both of them completely and would hire them again. My house received a complete makeover on the exterior, included new decks and a new roof. The before and after photos would amaze you. I love my new house. Patricia A. Smith
