I had them come out for a water heater issue. He said the pilot light needed replaced and ordered the parts. He came installed the parts and left. Thinking it was fixed. Water heater goes out 35 min later and I notify him. He said yeah the pump and pilot light usually go out around the same time. So instead of using that knowledge of his and ordering both and installing them at the same time he wants to order the parts again and come back. No thanks. I'll hire someone who will fix it 100% the first time
