Esther Williams Poolscapes

I was all set to give a negative review and then I got in my completed pool last night and loved it so I can't fully give that review. I can say that while my completed pool is awesome and I love it, getting here was rough. When I signed my contract the owner of the company told me two weeks to complete my pool. It actually took 7 months. They started in October and the weather was good until mid November. At that time they said they had to stop until spring. They would work an hour or two a day a few days a week. If they would have worked every day my pool would have been done before the winter. The owner made a lot of promises that he did not stick to and he tried to stick a lot of extra charges on the final bill...over $2500 in extra charges. After arguing back and forth for a while we settled on only $365 over contract. I specifically asked him from the start if there would be any charges outside of the contract and he said, "permit and electrical" and then when the final bill came he mentioned dirt and rock removal which he had done without discussing with us. The workers do sloppy work...we had concrete splattered on our house and windows and every inch of our yard was destroyed. At the end of the day though I have an awesome pool and from what I hear all the pool companies are like this. If you're getting a pool make sure you get every little detail in writing and don't believe the time frame they give you.

The pool itself was great. Excellent job.
