Good & convenient

We hired them to pour a stamped concrete patio and the workmanship is average at best. Within 6-8 months of the work being completed the stamped concrete showed chipping (especially where they saw cut) and even few larger areas where the top of the concrete actually peeled away. Over the past few months I've made numerous attempts to have them come out and address the issues and they said they would but never showed. I'm now forced to have to hire another contractor to repair the patio.

I had a concrete patio put in by this company they did a wonderful job they were did it in a short amount of time and I only have great comments for everybody that worked on this patio I would recommend them highly to anyone else

Kept saying they were going to come and wouldn't show up..we had to keep calling them, ne wouldn't let us know when he wasn't planning on showing up. Wanted to get payment in full, prior to completion of work. Nice job, but very poor customer service.

If it wasn't for doing the job at a good price, I probably would have rated the work lower. Travis does know what he is doing, and is good at concrete work. The scheduling of the job, lack of communication, lack of a contract until the morning the work started, and follow up to clean up, which took 3 weeks from the time the concrete was poured, and was done poorly made the overall experience very disappointing. He forgot to put a border around the concrete, which could not be fixed, although it was discussed three separate times, and even the morning the concrete was poured. The applied sealer for the concrete was sloppily applied around my deck and cannot be removed from my Trex decking (he said he tried 3 weeks after it was put on). Had to make numerous calls to get him to come back to prepare a hardened stone area for a new hot tub, two weeks after the concrete install, and finally completed it a half hour before the 800 lb hot tub was delivered. Overall, frustrated with the whole experience. The concrete does look good, however ALOT of aggravation!

Be sure to put all requests and/ or changes in writing, so there are no surprises after the work is completed.

Very courteous and professional. We were advised what would happen and it almost went according to plan. The neighbors dogs got loose and ran through the freshly poured concrete. The crew was able to repair the damage with great care and expertise.

Did what it took to get the job done plus more ! now after 1 year the coloring is spider webbing and a pitting has taken place.

Communication

the concrete garage floor was done very nice, the stamped concrete has color to it that looks like it has been "dripped" on, the work was done fast, within a week of the first appt.

The job was done quickly. The home owners seem to be very happy with the looks of the work. It was very neat and professional
